[摘要] This Act establishes the Conservation and Environment Protection Authority, defines powers and functions of the Authority, defines environmental conservation objects and principles and the functions and role of Minister under this Act and makes provision with respect to conservation and protection of the environment in accordance with the Fourth National Goal and Directive Principle (National Resources and Environment) of the Constitution.
