[摘要] The Regulation, consisting of 22 sections divided into three Parts, implements the Protection of the Environment Administration Act 1991 including clause 7 (3) of Schedule 1 and section 39 (the general regulation-making power). The object of this Regulation is to replace, with no substantial changes, the Protection of the Environment Administration Regulation 2007.
