Federal Act amending the Electricity and Electricity Organization Act.

[摘要] The present Act introduces some substantial amendments to the Electricity and Electricity Organization Act (BGBl. I No. 143/1998). In particular, an article 68(a) on Transitional provisions concerning the Amendment BGBl. I No. 63/2004 is added. Moreover, article 22, paragraph 1, dealing with electricity producing stations is amended. Also paragraphs 3 to 5 dealing with distribution of electricity are added to article 22.
