Oil in navigable Waters Ordinance (Cap. 204).

[摘要] The Ordinance shall apply to any vessel that is capable of carrying in bulk, more than twenty-five tons of oil, or if not fitted to carry in bulk, more than five tons of oil (sect. 2). The Ordinance applies to territorial waters of Grenada. Section 3 prescribes a penalty for discharge of oil. It shall not be lawful to transfer oil from or to any vessel at night (sect. 4).
