[摘要] The Agreement of 11 April 2004 between the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany and the Government of the Republic of Poland on implementation of the Convention of 25 February 1991 on Environmental Impact Assessment in a Transboundary Context is hereby approved. The text consists of 2 articles and 1 Annex with the text of the Agreement in German and Polish.
