[摘要] The present Law is composed of 8 Sections dealing with: (a) general provisions (Sect. 1); (b) technical system of energy supply (Sect. 2); (c) the state policy in the energy sector (Sect. 3); (d) energy regulation (Sect. 4); (e) rate setting for electric and thermal energy, and also natural gas (Sect. 5); (f) licensing (Sect. 6); (g) international agreements (Sect. 7); (h) transitional provisions (Sect. 8).
