[摘要] This Act makes provision with respect to preparedness for and response to disasters. For this purpose, the Act creates the Director of Disaster Preparedness and Response, the National Disaster Preparedness and the Response Advisory Committee and requires the Director to prepare annually a National Disaster Preparedness Response Plan.
