Decree on authorizations issued pursuant to the Act on the Protection of Nature and the Landscape.

[摘要] This Decree of the Ministry of Environment establishes, pursuanto to article 45 of the Act on the Protection of Nature and the Landscape, the scope of required knowledge and contents of the examination to be taken to obtain the authorization envisaged in the Act. The Decree also regulates the withdrawal of the authorization and the conditions for extending its validity.
