Decree No. 189 of the Cabinet of Ministers validating the Regulation on labour protection in case of contact with biological agents.

[摘要] This Decree establishes requirements for protection of staff against health risks originating from contact with biological agents at job place. It shall be applicable to microorganisms, including GMO, pests and pathogens. Biological agents shall be classified in four risk groups. Employer shall be responsible for the application of this Decree and shall perform risk assessment at job place.
