Act amending and supplementing the Act on Environmental Impact Assessment.

[摘要] This Act amends 24 points of the Act on Environmental Impact Assessment. In particular, the Act establishes provisions concerning activities which are the subject of environmental impact assessment, originally specified in art. 18 and Annex 8 of the amended Act.
