Ordinance on authorization and control charges in waste management.

[摘要] The present Ordinance implements various articles of the Environment Protection Law Basel-Landschaft of 27 February 1991. In particular, article 1 lists charges levied on the occasion of the authorization of running small, medium and big waste disposal plants. Article 2 lays down charges concerning the control of such waste disposal plants.
