Act on the Promotion of Electrification in Agricultural and Fishing Villages.

[摘要] The purpose of this Act is to improve the productivity of agriculture and fisheries and improve the livelihood of farmers and fishermen by promoting the supply of electricity to agricultural and fishing villages where electricity is unavailable. Article 3 deals with financial resources for construction expenses establishing that they shall be covered mostly by financial loans. The text consists of 23 articles.
