Implementing Regulation on population protection.

[摘要] The present Regulation implements the Population Protection Law of 22 October 2004. Article 1 establishes that the Security and Justice Department shall also procure supplementary information; adopt operations within the cantonal commanding staff and may issue further instructions. The text consists of 11 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: Tasks and organization (1); Preparation and emergency operation (2); Seizure and costs (3); Final provisions (4).
