Tourism and Hospitality Act 2007 (No. 23 of 2007).

[摘要] This Act makes provision for the administration, planning and development of Tourism in Zambia, for the licensing of businesses in the tourist sector and establishes the Tourism Development Fund. In order to obtain a licence an environmental impact assessment is required. The Act in general formulates certain criteria with regard to the protection of the environment.
