Environmental Control and Inspection System No.65 of 2009.

[摘要] This Regulation consisting of 15 articles provides for the controls over the facilities to check their compliance with the provisions of law, regulations and instructions to prevent environmental pollution; and the environmental inspection procedures. The environmental inspections can be: periodic or subsequent or unexpected, and the Regulation explains and rules the differences between them and the procedures to be met by the inspectors.
