[摘要] This Regional Decree establishes that state nature landscape reserve of regional significance “Ust-Chetlas” is constituted with a view of conservation of a typical sample of the Chetlas Stone (Middle Timan) landscape, plant protection included in the Red Book of the Russian Federation and the Red Book of the Arkhangelsk Region, maintaining a common ecological balance.
