Disaster Management Order, 2006.

[摘要] This Order provides for the establishment of the National Disaster Council with the main task of developing a strategic policy framework in responding to and managing disasters. The internal organization of the Council and its duties and powers are defined in the text. The Council shall, furthermore, prepare the National Disaster Management Plan as provided for in the Order.
