[摘要] This Regional Act creates the regional plan of environmental action and defines its content. The plan aims at the protection of natural resources in the Toscana Region through initiatives involving the following areas: prevention of air pollution; protection of soil and water resources; protection of biodiversity; protected areas; waste management and rehabilitation of polluted sites; energy; and mining.
