[摘要] The following phrase “the boundaries of ownership of the energy transmission network” shall be inserted after the phrase “terms of payment” in the article 28.2 of the Law on Energy. A new clause 30.1.12 shall be added to the article 30.1: “30.1.12 A consumer shall be liable for a necessary repair and maintenance in case of any breakage or damage occurred in the energy lines, network and equipment. The Supplier has a right to require the expense spent after completing the repair and maintenance,
