Decree No. 428 of the Council of Ministers validating the Regulation on general improvement of the territory and landscaping.

[摘要] This Decree establishes the criteria for general improvement of the territory and landscaping, in particular urban land and land of inhabited residential areas, as a form of land-use planning. It establishes that territory must be kept clean, free of waste, and have recreational areas and recreational waterbodies for the benefit of the population. Protected areas must have recreational areas with available wood-fired grills (barbecue).
