[摘要] This Regulation implements the Gene Technology Act 2001. Part 3 is dedicated to dealings and related permit and certification procedures. Part 4 is dedicated to the gene technology advisory committee, Part 5 to the gene technology consultative committee and Part 6 to the gene technology ethics committee.
