Decree No. 61 of the Cabinet of Ministers validating the Regulation on safety requirements and health protection on board of fishing vessels.

[摘要] This Decree establishes requirements for safety and protection of health on board of fishing vessels. It shall be applicable to fishing vessels flying the flag of Latvian Republic or posted under unlimited jurisdiction of Latvian Republic and used for fisheries or fish processing. Ship owner shall have the duty to keep fishing vessel in good repair and working conditions, including fishing gear and equipment. Vessel inspectors shall check fishing vessels no less than once a year.
