Federal Law No. 261-FZ “On energy saving and improvement of energy efficiency”.

[摘要] This Federal Law regulates relations as regards energy saving and improvement of energy efficiency. The provisions of this Federal Law shall be applicable also to water used for hydropower generation and supplied through centralized water supply. Legal regulation of energy saving and improvement of energy efficiency shall be based upon the following principles: (a) efficient and rational use of energy resources; (b) support and stimulation of energy saving and improvement of energy efficiency; (
