[摘要] The object of this Decree-Law is to establish the conditions to be satisfied in order to perform scientific research to combat marine pollution within the Exclusive Economic Zone (EEZ) of the Republic of Portugal. It consists of 9 articles establishing that any national or foreign scientific activity to be performed within the EEZ must be accompanied by an authorization of the competent governmental authority.
