Genetic Technology Hearing Ordinance.

[摘要] The present Ordinance enacts the Genetic Technology Act of 20 June 1990 (BGBl. I p. 2066). In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to hearing procedures in view of authorizing genetic engineering work in special facilities.
