[摘要] This Presidential Decision, consisting of 5 points, approves the Project and the Contract for the construction of a Plant for the production of Hybrid Electric Energy (Diesel of 7,5 MW) and the Rehabilitation and Expansion of Low and Middle Tensions Electric Energy Supply Networks, Public ligthings and Urban and Peri-urban areas connections, within the town of Kuito Kuanavale, for an amount of USD 40.605.598,90 and authorizes the Ministry of Energy and Waters to sign the above mentioned contract
