Decree No. 8 of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection validating protected area botanical national nature monument “Gomel palace and park complex”.

[摘要] This Decree establishes protected area botanical national nature monument “Gomel palace and park complex” in the province of Gomel with a view of conservation of recreational forest, prohibiting the following activities on its territory: (a) removal of wild flora species and shrubbery; (b) introduction of alien species; (c) construction; (d) removal or disturbance of fertile soil layer; (e) waste disposal except for provisional storage of locally collected waste.
