[摘要] An Act to give effect in Sweden to Council Regulation (EC) allowing voluntary participation by companies in the industrial sector in a Community eco-management and audit scheme. The Government is appointed as authority in the sense of articles 6 and 18 of the Regulation. The Government or body appointed in its place shall be empowered to regulate charges in accordance with article 11.
