[摘要] This Law aims at empowering citizens to take a more active role in direct enforcement against the entire range of environmental hazards. At the request of a person damaged by, or likely to be damaged by an environmental nuisance, the Court may order the person causing or likely to cause an environmental nuisance to do one or more of the following:(1) refrain from the act causing or likely to cause the environmental nuisance, or to desist from the act;(2) repair damage or return the situation to
