[摘要] Item 7 shall be amended to add the following wording: “ 7. Indirect method of assessment of environmental damages caused by pollution shall be based upon the difference between actual environmental impact and the established ration related to all types of pollutants, and also with the consideration of monthly calculated rate, ecological risk levels and ecological risks.”.
