Regional Law No. 10 amending Regional Law No. 7 "On protection of the population and the territory against natural and technological disasters".

[摘要] Article 1 (1) shall be amended to add the following wording: “This Law establishes general organizational and legal provisions in the sphere of protection of the citizens of the Russian Federation, foreigners and stateless persons present on the regional territory, land and water areas, and airspace, or parts thereof, industrial and social infrastructure, and environment, against emergencies and technological and natural disasters of inter-municipal and regional levels”.
