Regional Decree No. 49-pa validating the Regulation on state nature biological reserve of regional significance “Belomorsky”.

[摘要] This Regional Decree establishes that state nature reserve of regional significance "Belomorsky" shall be constituted with a view of conservation of rare wild fauna species, valuable waterfowl species and other game in the area of concentration, passage, migration, habitats and reproduction in the river basin of the Northern Dvina. Owners and tenants of land plots located within the boundaries of the reserve are obliged to observe the special protection regime established in the nature reserve.
