Act amending the Act on Environmental Impact Assessment.

[摘要] This Act lays down some amendments and addenda to the Act on Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA). The present Act regulates provisions concerning the scope of strategic documents on EIA (art. 4 of the amended Act) and participation of the public in assessing the impact of strategic documents (supplemented art. 6a).
