[摘要] This Norm, consisting of 17 articles, establishes the technical guidelines for the environmental licensing of the activity of production of balanced rations of prepared animal prepared animal feedstuff without cooking and/or digestion (mixture). These technical guidelines aim at regulating the environmental licensing of the above mentioned activities and specify the related requirements to be met.
