[摘要] This Norm, consisting of 123 articles divided into 12 Chapters, establishes procedures for the determination of administrative infractions by conducts and activities harmful to the environment, imposition of penalties, protection system, collection of fines or their conversion into preservation services, improvement and recovery of the quality of the Naturatins, and the finalization of fines.
