[摘要] The requirements shall be used by the experts of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection for environmental impact assessment (EIA) of the projects for extraction of metallic and nonmetallic minerals. The requirements shall determine expert evaluation and forecast of the impact of engineering decisions upon natural complexes and the impact of mining upon biosphere.
