Pipelines Regulations 2000.

[摘要] These Regulation implement the Pipelines Act 1967 by prescribing the various fees and procedures defined under the Act and by setting out requirements for the construction, operation and testing of pipelines. The Regulation is divided into the following parts: Preliminary; Permits to own and use pipelines; Acquisition of rights over land; Licences to construct and operate a pipeline; and Construction, operation and testing of pipelines.
