[摘要] This Legislative Decree updates Annex III to Legislative Decree No. 196 of 2005 on the Community vessel traffic monitoring and information system. The amendments implement the new provisions laid down under Commission Directive 2014/100/EU regarding electronic messages and the European Union maritime information and exchange system (SafeSeaNet).
