An Act to amend 2 CMC par. 4483 by adding a new subsection (c) and for other purposes (P.L. 15-26).

[摘要] This Act requires the Northern Marianas Housing Corporation to implement a programme of financial support for the incorporation of solar thermal technologies and water collection and storage systems into new home developments. The Corporation shall provide loans to homeowners that will enable them to finance such energy and water saving solutions.
