[摘要] This Act establishes the Public Utilities Corporation. The functions of the Corporation shall be: (a) the supply of electricity; (b) the supply of water; (c) the provision of sewerage; (d) such other functions as may be conferred on the Corporation by any other Act or by any Regulations made under this Act.
