[摘要] The present Regulation enforces the Green Energy Act, 2009 (S.O. 2009, c 12, Sch. A). In particular, the Regulation establishes that the terms “biofuel”, “biogas” and “biomass” have the same meaning as in Ontario Regulation 160/99 (Definitions and Exemptions). The text consists of 2 sections.
