Regional Law No. 168-OZ amending Regional Law No. 124-OZ “On tourism”.

[摘要] Article 5 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Regional Government shall perform the following plenary powers in the sphere of tourism: (a) establishment of priorities in the sphere of tourism; (b) implementation of strategic planning; (c) promotion of regional tourist products; and (d) validation of the modalities of setting up and keeping Regional Register of tourist resources”.
