[摘要] This Decree regulates Act No. 7.797 on the creation of the National Fund for the Environment. It consists of 10 articles regulating the activities of the aforementioned Fund, the aim of which is to give a financial assistance for the rational use of natural renewable resources, according to the national policy of environment (including conservation and improvement of environmentl quality). Composition and competencies of environmental Council of the Fund are specified in the text.
