Act on control of wholesale of energy products (SFS 2013:385).

[摘要] This Act contains provisions implementing EU regulations with regard to the prohibition of trade in energy products by implementing control and reporting actions. Penalties for non-compliance are in adherence to EU regulations with imprisonment of a min. of 6 months to a max. of 4 years. Supervisory authorities shall be appointed by the Government. Regulatory authority's decision under this Act may be appealed to the public Administrative Court.
