[摘要] This Executive Decree creates Interministerial Committee for supporting the management of the Electric Hydro-Power Generation Project, coordinated by the Minister of Energy and Water, which is responsible, in particular, for negotiating contract concessions and power purchase from Hydrothermal Programme consortium of Angola and evaluating the technical aspects to ensure the flow of energy to be produced by plants of the Angolan Hydrothermal programme.
