Regional Act No. 14 on urgent interventions for the protection of public health and making provision on the prevention of risks caused by asbestos.

[摘要] This Regional Act aims at the protection of public health against risks caused by asbestos. To this end, the Act lays down provisions governing the rehabilitation of polluted sites and the disposal of asbestos. The Executive is responsible for drawing up and approving the Regional Plan on Asbestos. Article 9 concerns offences and related penalties.
