[摘要] The present Ordinance is made under the Federal Water Protection Act of 24 January 1991, the Federal Environment Protection Act of 7 October 1983 and the Introductory Law implementing the Federal Water Protection Act (Cantonal Water Protection Law) of 8 June 1977.
