[摘要] This Order amends the CRC Energy Efficiency Scheme Order 2010 by, among other things: providing for extension of phases of the trading scheme; adding a number of new definitions; redistributing the responsibilities for various provisions under the Principal Order between the Environment Agency, the Scottish Environment Protection Agency and the Chief Inspector; modifying provisions on annual reporting.
