Merchant Shipping (Safe Containers Convention) Act, 2011 (No. 10 of 2011).

[摘要] This Act gives effect for South Africa to the International Convention for Safe Containers. For this purpose, the Act provides for, among other things, inspections by appointed inspectors and regulation-making powers of the Minister. It also defines offences. Articles II and VI shall have the force of law in South Africa.
