Petroleum Act (Cap. 10.12).

[摘要] This Act provides rules relative to the importation, storage, handling and transportation of petroleum. It shall not be lawful, save as provided by this Act, to land in or import into Montserrat or to attempt to land in or import into Montserrat any petroleum (as defined). The Act grants regulation-making powers to the Governor.
